How it Works

Step 1 | Quote Request

Request a quote online, via our social media, or by phone.

A team member will reach out to you and ask additional details about your project and may set up a time to view the property.

Step 2 | Proposal

Upon review and/or talking with you about the property, we will send you a proposal with a payment plan and contract.

Step 3 | Installation

Upon payment and a signed contract, our team then stages your vacant property.

Contracts run month-to-month with options for extensions in 2-week and 4-week intervals.

Step 4 | Closeout

Lastly, our team will de-stage the property upon completion of the contract or upon acceptance of an offer whichever comes first.

Each area of a home is unique. It has many past memories and many, many more future memories to be made. The key is to focus on the areas that your buyer is most interested in. We offer vacant home staging services from staging the primary areas of importance to partial staged areas, with the option to add-on rooms.
